*********************************************************************

This is the very first version of this wp-add-on.

Please let me know if you find bugs (probably you will), or miss
features. I will see whether I can help you.

Install:
********
Very easy! Just copy the files to wp-admin directory of your wordpress
installation. This will replace the original linkmanager.php. The
new linkmanager.php has a link "Import Bookmarks" added to the
"Manage Links" menu.
That's it!

Features:
*********
Import Bookmarks takes a bookmark file in "Netscape-Bookmark-File"
format. This format is supported for exporting bookmarks by IE at
least. You will find a converter if your browser does not support this
format. Importing files that were generated by other browsers was not
tested yet, but should work for Netscape and Mozilla (let me know).
As wordpress does not support sub-categories for links Import Bookmarks
only inserts new categories for first-level folders in your bookmarks.
Sub folders are ignored and the links are added to the category of the
first-level folder. This is tested for one additional level of folders
(again: let me know whether it works for more levels. It should ;) ).

known bugs:
***********
none at the moment.
